Emotional Freedom Techniques and Good Health

One of the greatest tools I have learned as an adjunct technique to hypnotherapy has got to be the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool for changing behaviour, feelings emotional healing, controlling emotions etc. But to add in something like EFT gives therapists a great additional tool that can be used to add that extra dimension and potency to the effectiveness of what they do.

The great thing about EFT is that it is something that clients can be taught to do between sessions and as a tool when needed. As a psychotherapy tool it can be used in conjunction with counselling and hypnotherapy to achieve amazing emotional healing and relief from strong emotions.

If you are suffering from some kind of disease, you might consider hypnotherapy, EFT and Psychotherapy to give yourself every chance of finding a way to becoming well. The truth is that the mind has amazing power to help the body find its own cure.

It has been recognised for some time that negative emotions which lay active in our system can do amazing harm to us in our thinking, actions, attitudes and even our physical health. Stress affects the immune system in a negative way, resulting in individuals being more susceptible to disease and even cancer. All of the techniques Bernadette utilises result in clients feeling much more at ease and relaxed and these benefits are noticed after almost every session.

I am always amazed at how effective hypnotherapy can be in taking a person suffering emotionally and convert them after a session into a relaxed individual with a very different attitude to the one they walked in with. Add EFT and the results can be even more amazing.
